Reservations for Hosted Events at The Beer Garden
The Schoolyard Beer Garden is the perfect place to host special events and large gatherings. With Oktoberfest-style picnic tables that foster a lively sense of community, an extensive selection of Colorado craft beers, and a menu of casual yet delicious fare, this group-friendly venue truly offers something for everyone.
BOILER ROOM
Located inside the Schoolyard Beer Garden, the Boiler Room is the school’s original mechanical room—thoughtfully restored to preserve its historic character. This indoor space accommodates up to 75 guests.
No dedicated server or custom menu is included. Guests are welcome to order directly from our regular menus at the counter.
OUTSIDE BEER GARDEN
Our outdoor garden area, complete with heaters, is available for groups of up to 30 guests. Please note that this is an outdoor venue and weather conditions may impact your event. We are unable to relocate outdoor parties indoors in the event of inclement weather.
Evans School Event Center
Distinct from our Beer Garden private event spaces, the Evans School Auditorium is now available for private bookings. This refined indoor venue is ideal for weddings, mitzvahs, galas, and cocktail receptions, with two adjacent Green Rooms offering flexible space for meetings, workshops, and smaller celebrations.
