5280 Trail Groundbreaking Party

Denver is about to get a whole new way to move through downtown — and we’re celebrating.

The 5280 Trail is a 5.28-mile linear park and urban trail designed to loop through and connect downtown Denver’s neighborhoods, transforming underused streets into tree-lined places for walking, biking, plazas, and public art. The first section to break ground runs right through our own Golden Triangle, transforming Acoma Street into an arts-focused shared street connecting to the Denver Art Museum campus.

Denver’s Mayor will speak at the groundbreaking, and then Schoolyard Beer Garden takes over with:

🛍️ Street Market — local vendors on-site
🍔 Garden Bar & Grill — outdoor bar and food all evening
